Both Open Box and Blemished items are tested for: (where applicable) audio, battery, Bluetooth, button functions, digitizing, display, slider, infrared, Ram/Rom, SD card slot, and serial functions. Our test center is authorized and supervised by Palm to insure only the highest quality products are shipped. Open-box units may display minor cosmetic imperfections and blemished units display moderate wear.
All units include basic software, stylus, USB cable, and charger. Units may not come with a cover. Although the products are sold 'as-is,' and do not come with a Palm warranty, the Overstock.com return policy applies.
